Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our primary goal is to build a successful and transparent partnership with each client. We are committed to delivering exceptional strategic and creative work that aligns with your business objectives. This policy outlines the framework for our engagement, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding from the outset. When you engage our services, you are not simply buying a commodity; you are investing in a dedicated creative partner.

Retainer Services

Our retainer model is designed to provide you with ongoing, seamless access to strategic design and marketing expertise. It operates on a foundation of reserved availability and dedicated creative capacity.

When you subscribe to a retainer plan (3, 6, or 12 months), you are reserving a significant portion of my time and creative resources for that period. This ensures I can operate as an integrated part of your team, ready to handle requests as they arise. Work on all requests will begin in the order they are received, with estimated delivery times provided for each. My commitment is to manage the queue efficiently to provide consistent value throughout our engagement.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of reserving this capacity exclusively for you, payments for all retainer services are non-refundable. Your monthly payment secures your place in my schedule, and that time is held for you, regardless of the volume of requests you submit in any given month. This structure allows for predictable budgeting for you and stable resource planning for my studio.

Cancellation Policy: You may choose to not renew your retainer agreement at the end of its term (3, 6, or 12 months). To ensure a smooth transition, we require a written notice of cancellation submitted at least 30 days prior to your final billing date. This allows us to complete any work currently in the queue and prepare for a proper handoff. Retainer agreements cannot be canceled mid-term.

Brand Development Intensives

The 12-week Brand Development Intensive is a comprehensive, structured program designed to build your brand’s foundation from the ground up. It involves a significant upfront investment of time for research, discovery, strategic planning, and creative development.

The Intensive is delivered over a 12-week period, culminating in the delivery of a complete brand strategy and identity guide. The process is collaborative, but the final deliverable is the strategic documentation and design assets outlined in the service description. Please note that implementation of these strategies (e.g., managing social media, executing marketing campaigns) is not included in the Intensive and requires a separate retainer agreement.

Refund Policy: Payments for the Brand Development Intensive are non-refundable once the project has commenced. The project officially commences 72 hours after the initial payment is made or upon the completion of our initial discovery call, whichever comes first. This policy is in place because the initial phases of the project involve a substantial amount of intellectual work, research, and strategic development that constitutes the core value of the service.

Cancellation Policy: The Brand Development Intensive is a project with a defined start and end date. Should you choose to discontinue the project after it has begun, you may do so at any time by providing written notice. However, as per our refund policy, no refund will be issued for payments already made, and you will receive all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Individual Projects & Services

For select engagements that fall outside of our retainer or intensive offerings, we may undertake individual projects with a clearly defined scope and timeline.

All individual projects will be detailed in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal. This document will outline the specific deliverables, timeline, and total project fee. Fulfillment is achieved upon the delivery of the final assets as described in the SOW. Work on any project will commence only after we have received a signed agreement and the required initial payment.

Refund Policy: Individual projects typically require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. This deposit secures your project in my schedule and covers the initial costs of discovery, research, and creative exploration. The final 50% payment is due upon your approval of the completed work, prior to the delivery of final, high-resolution files or project launch. Once final payment is made and deliverables are sent, the project is considered complete and all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Should you choose to cancel an individual project after it has commenced, the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited. You will receive any work completed up to the point of cancellation. If the project is more than 50% complete at the time of cancellation, an additional payment may be required to cover the work performed.
